TinyLog: Busy Isn't Progress
Open loops will drain you.
Every time I switch projects, it feels productive. Every time I look back, it wasn’t. This issue is on the cost of open loops.

Busy Isn’t Progress
Lately I started a few projects, one after another. First an outreach pipeline. Then suddenly making TinyLaunch agent-ready. Then suddenly joining the Outrank affiliate program + integrating it into TinyLaunch.
Each switch felt productive in the moment, like jumping on a bigger opportunity. But in reality, outreach is paused, only Outrank actually got finished, and agent-ready is stuck at 90%. It works for free launches, but paid offers still need payment integration.
If I had stayed focused, outreach and Outrank would both be wrapped and I could be putting all my attention on agent-ready. Instead I have two open loops draining my mental energy.
A pile of 90%-done projects isn’t progress, it’s mental load.
It’s time to close loops, starting with making TinyLaunch agent-ready. Payment support ships this week.
Do you work on one feature at a time, or do you also have a lot of open loops?
Tweet of the week
Something different this week. Just got back to Bangkok, and this is the best video of the city I’ve ever seen, by my good friend Martin.
